A simple and safe recipe for an aspen bark tea is as follows: take 5 g of dried, finely chopped bark and steep it in 250 ml of freshly boiled water for 10 minutes. Strain the liquid, allow it to cool slightly, and drink 2–3 cups per day. This dose is well within the limits used in traditional Finnish practice and is considered safe for most adults.
