Achillea nobilis, also known as the noble yarrow, is a flowering plant found in Eurasia, with a wide distribution across Europe, Turkey, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. It has also been reported in western China, although this is based on a single specimen collected in the 19th century. This species is commonly cultivated and has become naturalized in North America and other parts of the world. It has creamy-white or yellow flowers and is similar to common yarrow, but with smaller flower heads and more of them. The leaves are finely dissected and form a low-growing clump in early spring, with flowering stems reaching up to 75 cm tall in late spring. The plant is covered in soft hairs and has a medium green color.
