Dendrobium moschatum, also known as the musky-smelling dendrobium, is a type of orchid found in the Himalayas and Indochina. It is native to countries such as India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Vietnam. One of the compounds that can be extracted from this plant is plicatol B, a phenanthrene.
