Description
Adiantum caudatum is a small, delicate fern with long, slender fronds that grow up to 30 cm long. The fronds are divided into small leaflets that are arranged in a fan-like pattern. The leaflets are bright green in color and have a glossy sheen. The sori, or reproductive structures, are located on the underside of the leaflets.

Adiantum caudatum, commonly known as walking maidenhair, tailed maidenhair, or trailing maidenhair, is a small, delicate fern found in shaded areas in south-east countries such as Bangladesh, Burma, India, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, China, Vietnam, as well as in the tropical regions of Africa, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. It has long, slender fronds up to 30 cm long, divided into small leaflets arranged in a fan-like pattern. The leaflets are bright green in color and have a glossy sheen, with sori, or reproductive structures, located on the underside.
