Allium neapolitanum, also known as Neapolitan garlic, is a perennial plant in the onion subfamily. It is native to the Mediterranean region and is commonly cultivated as an ornamental plant. However, it has become naturalized in many areas, including parts of the United States, where it is considered an invasive species. The plant produces small round bulbs and has a tall stem with an umbel of white flowers. It has been found to have beta-adrenergic antagonist properties.
