Polyscias fulva is a species of flowering plant that can be found in the mountains of tropical Africa and the southwestern Arabian Peninsula. It is a deciduous or evergreen tree with a straight trunk and large compound leaves. The tree is fast-growing and can reach heights of up to 30 meters. It is commonly found in mountain forests and is a pioneer tree that grows rapidly in cleared or burned areas. The wood of this tree is used for household objects and handicrafts, and it is also useful in reforestation projects and crop plantations. The flowers of Polyscias fulva are a good source of nectar and pollen for honeybees. While it is widespread and not currently threatened, deforestation and fire are causing local declines in some areas.
