Solanum cinereum, also known as Narrawa burr, is a type of flowering plant found in south eastern Australia. It is a small, spiny shrub with dark green leaves and purple flowers. The leaves are oval-shaped and covered in thorns, while the flowers have four yellow stamens. The plant blooms in spring and autumn and produces small green berries that turn brown when ripe. It was first described in 1810 and is found in woodland and dry forests in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and the Australian Capital Territory. However, it is considered a weed in farmland due to its toxicity to livestock.
