Picrasma crenata, also known as pau-amargo, pau-tenente, or tenente-josé, is a tree from the Simaroubaceae family. It is found in Brazil, specifically in the Atlantic Forest region, in the states of Bahia, Minas Gerais, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and Rio Grande do Sul.
