Bosistoa floydii, also known as the five-leaf bosistoa or five-leaved bonewood, is a small rainforest tree found in north-eastern New South Wales. It can reach heights of 15-20 meters and has a spreading crown. The leaves are arranged in opposite pairs and have three to seven glossy elliptical leaflets. The tiny flowers appear in October and November and are followed by small, warty fruit. This species was first described in 1977 and is named after Joseph Bosisto and Alexander Floyd. It is found in subtropical rainforests on basalt or alluvial soils in the Bellinger and Orara River areas.
