Prunus korshinskyi, also known as Amygdalus korshinskyi, is a species of shrub in the Rosaceae family. It is native to Syria, Turkey, and southeastern Europe, but is currently facing threats due to habitat loss. This deciduous shrub can reach heights of up to 3.5 meters and is closely related to the almond. Its seeds are edible, but have a bitter taste and can be consumed raw or cooked.
