Stachys bullata, commonly known as California hedgenettle, is a flowering plant in the mint family. It is native to California and can be found in the Central Coast Ranges, Transverse Ranges, and other coastal mountain ranges in the central and southern parts of the state. It also grows in maritime coastal habitats, such as the canyons of the Channel Islands. This plant has an erect stem covered in rough and soft hairs, with leaves that are opposite and glandular. Its inflorescence is made up of clusters of six pink tubular flowers, surrounded by a hairy calyx of sepals.
