Prostanthera melissifolia, also known as balm mint bush, is a flowering plant found in south-eastern Australia. It is an erect shrub with hairy branches, egg-shaped leaves, and mauve to purple or pink flowers. The plant typically grows to a height of 1-2 meters and can be found in tall montane forests in Victoria and the far south coast of New South Wales. It was first described in 1858 and its name refers to the foliage resembling the genus Melissa. Balm mint bush blooms in spring and is a member of the Lamiaceae family.
