Leonotis ocymifolia, also known as the minaret flower, is a type of flowering plant belonging to the mint family. It is commonly used in Ethiopian folk medicine and can be found in Eastern Africa, from Sudan to South Africa. This plant is known for its ability to withstand drought and strong winds. It is distinguishable from the similar Leonotus leonuris due to its larger and more vibrant tubular flowers.
