It is used to treat fever, urinary tract infections, skin diseases, and digestive problems. It is also used to treat eye diseases, respiratory problems, and liver disorders. The plant is also used to treat jaundice, asthma, and to reduce inflammation. It is also used to treat diabetes, hypertension, and to improve immunity.

Conclusion
Hygrophila auriculata is an important medicinal plant in ayurveda, with many uses in treating various ailments. It is native to tropical Asia and Africa and is commonly known as kokilaksha or gokulakanta in India, and neeramulli in Sri Lanka. Its seeds, roots and panchang are used to treat fever, urinary tract infections, skin diseases, digestive problems, eye diseases, respiratory problems, liver disorders, jaundice, asthma, inflammation, diabetes, hypertension, and to improve immunity.
