Kopsia pauciflora is a tree in the Apocynaceae family, known for its few-flowered nature. It can grow up to 10 meters tall with a trunk diameter of 15 centimeters. The bark is typically grey, olive-brown, or white. Its flowers are white with hints of yellow or green, and its fruits turn black when ripe. There are two accepted varieties of this tree, one found in Borneo and the other in Thailand, Cambodia, Peninsular Malaysia, Singapore, and Sumatra. It can be found in forests at altitudes up to 700 meters. In the past, it was considered vulnerable, but it is now classified as a synonym of Kopsia pauciflora var. pauciflora, which has a wider distribution.
