Lepidium virginicum, also known as least pepperwort or Virginia pepperweed, is a herbaceous plant in the mustard family that is native to North America and can also be found as an introduced species in other regions. It grows as a weed in various environments and has a peppery taste. The plant is edible, with its leaves and seedpods being used in cooking, and it also has medicinal properties.
