Pterostylis roensis, also known as the painted rufous greenhood or dark rustyhood, is a perennial herb in the orchid family that is found only in the south-west region of Western Australia. It has a rosette of leaves and produces up to six green or brown flowers with translucent white panels and a dark brown, insect-like labellum. This plant was first described in 1989 and is commonly found in woodland and shrubland areas on granite outcrops. It is not considered a threatened species by the Western Australian government.
