Pterostylis erythroconcha, also known as the red shell orchid, is a species of orchid found only in South Australia. It has a distinct appearance, with non-flowering plants having a rosette of leaves and flowering plants having a single flower on a spike. The flower is white and green with reddish-brown markings and a long, curved labellum. This orchid grows in calcareous sand and limestone habitats, often near the coast, and can form large colonies. It was first described in 1985 and its name is derived from the Greek words for "red" and "snail". Flowering occurs from April to August in the south-east of South Australia.
