Pterostylis chocolatina, also known as the chocolate-lip leafy greenhood, is a plant in the orchid family that is native to New South Wales. It has a unique appearance, with a rosette of leaves when not in flower and up to thirteen green flowers on a tall stem when in bloom. The labellum, or lip, of the flower is dark brown with a blackish lump near its base. This perennial herb grows from an underground tuber and can be found in moist, tall forests in the western Blue Mountains. It was first described in 2006 and given the name Bunochilus chocolatinus, but was later renamed Pterostylis chocolatina in 2010. The specific epithet, chocolatina, refers to the chocolate brown color of the labellum. Flowering occurs from July to September.
