Dendrobium macrophyllum is a species of orchid that is commonly known as the large-leaved dendrobium or pastor's orchid. It is native to several countries in the western Pacific, including Indonesia, Philippines, New Guinea, and various islands. There are three recognized varieties of this species, each with a different distribution range. These varieties are Dendrobium macrophyllum var. macrophyllum, Dendrobium macrophyllum var. subvelutinum, and Dendrobium macrophyllum var. ternatense.
