Asparagus krebsianus is a shrub native to rocky areas in South Africa. It has tuberous roots and smooth, grey-green stems with spines. The leaves are small and appear in tufts. This species is related to other African Asparagus plants, such as Asparagus aethiopicus, Asparagus confertus, and Asparagus densiflorus. It is commonly found in its natural habitat and can also be seen in photos on Wikimedia Commons.
