Allium struzlianum, also known as Struzl's onion, is a type of onion that is only found in Armenia. It is typically found in the Dzhadzhur Pass and the Urts Range, specifically in montane steppes at elevations of 800-2,000 meters. This plant blooms in May-June and produces fruit in June-July. Unfortunately, the species is very scarce with a small population of less than 250 individuals. Its survival is at risk due to habitat destruction and grazing.
