Allium fetisowii is a plant species found in Central Asia, specifically in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Xinjiang, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. It has a single round bulb that can reach up to 25 mm in diameter. The scape, or stem, can grow up to 70 mm tall and is round in shape. The leaves are shorter than the scape but can reach up to 15 mm in width. The flowers of Allium fetisowii are reddish-purple in color. Another plant species, Allium tschimganicum, is also found in Central Asia, specifically in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. While the Flora of China considers A. tschimganicum as a synonym of A. fetisowii, the Plant List recognizes it as a distinct species.
