Cycas segmentifida is a type of cycad that is only found in southern China. It is most commonly found in western Guangxi, but can also be found in parts of southern Guizhou and eastern Yunnan. It has also been introduced and cultivated in other areas, such as Shenzhen and Guangzhou. This species can be found in various botanical gardens in China, including Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden and South China Botanical Garden.
