Datura lanosa is a small shrub that produces trumpet-shaped flowers and small thorny fruits with many seeds. While some classify it as a separate species, others consider it a variety of Datura wrightii or Datura innoxia. It is commonly grown as an ornamental plant in yards and gardens and is native to Mexico.
