Convolvulus cantabrica is a herbaceous perennial plant belonging to the Convolvulaceae family. It is native to southern Europe and widespread in the Mediterranean coasts, preferring rocky places, sunny slopes, xerophilous prairies, dry grassland and scrublands with calcareous soil, at an altitude of 0–1,300 metres (0–4,265 ft) above sea level. It has simple, alternate, lanceolate leaves, coarsely hairy on both sides, and wide funnel-shaped flowers that are actinomorphic and pale pink or white. The flowering period extends from May through October, and the fruits are globose and pubescent capsules with 2–4 brownish seeds.
