Micranthes howellii, also known as Howell's saxifrage, is a perennial herb found in the Klamath Mountains of southern Oregon and northern California. It grows in moist, rocky areas and has a caudex and rhizome system. The plant has a basal rosette of leaves with rounded or oval blades and can grow up to 6 centimeters long. The inflorescence, which can reach up to 20 centimeters tall, produces small white flowers on several branches.
