Micranthes hieraciifolia, also known as hawkweed-leaved saxifrage, is a flowering plant found in Europe, North America, and temperate Asia. It is mainly found in high Arctic regions and alpine areas, with a few scattered populations in Austria and France. This plant is not very common and typically grows to a height of 10-20 cm. Its leaves are thick and have a toothed edge, while the stem is stout and glandular. The flowers are small and clustered, with greenish to purplish petals. Micranthes hieraciifolia can be found in meadows, solifluction soil, and areas with abundant moss.
