Zieria exsul is a plant in the citrus family Rutaceae that is native to a small area in southeast Queensland. It is a straggly shrub with hairy branches, three-part leaves, and white flowers that grow in groups. The plant is similar to Zieria compacta but has glabrous flower stalks. It was first described in 2007 and its specific epithet, "exsul," means "a banished person" in Latin, referring to its limited range. Zieria exsul is found in woodland and heathland near Buderim and Caloundra and is listed as endangered under the Queensland Nature Conservation Act.
