Phebalium brachycalyx is a shrub species that is found only in the southwest region of Western Australia. It is covered in silvery and rust-colored scales and has narrow oblong leaves with wavy-glandular edges. The flowers are white to pale yellow and grow in clusters at the end of branches. This species was first described in 1998 and is typically found on laterite hills between Dalwallinu and Kondinin. It is considered a low priority for conservation as it is not under immediate threat.
