Phebalium bifidum is a small, erect shrub that is native to the Capertee Valley in New South Wales. It is covered in glossy scales and has bilobed leaves and cream to bright yellow flowers arranged in umbels on the ends of its branches. It typically grows to a height of 0.2-1.5 meters and blooms from August to October. This species was first described in 2004 and is only found in the Capertee Valley. It is classified as endangered under the New South Wales Government Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
