Leionema obtusifolium is a small shrub with yellow-white flowers that is native to Queensland. It has a smooth, shiny appearance and its leaves are smooth, papery, and narrow. The flowers grow in clusters at the end of branches and bloom in the spring. This species was first described in 1970 and its name was changed to Leionema obtusifolium in 1998. It is found in a limited area on sandstone hills in south-eastern Queensland and is considered a vulnerable species by the Government of Queensland.
