Mangifera gedebe is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae, found in lowlands on river banks or in swamp forests. It can grow up to 30 metres tall and up to 60 centimetres diameter, and has elliptic to oblong-shaped leaves that are 5 to 23 cm in length and 2 to 6 cm in width. It produces obliquely subrotund drupes as fruit, 8 to 9 cm in diameter with a thin layer of fibrous flesh. The flowers are white, and appear from June to September, while the fruits appear from August to November. The drupes are very sour and only edible when unripe. It is sometimes grown locally for the fruit. The species is rare and near threatened, and urgently requires conservation in eastern Borneo.
