Rubus swinhoei, also known as Swinhoe's raspberry, is a semi-evergreen shrub belonging to the genus Rubus of the family Rosaceae. It was first discovered in Taiwan in 1864 and named after Robert Swinhoe. It is found in northern and central Taiwan at altitudes of 10 to 900 meters. The plant has a variety of leaf shapes and is covered in soft hairs. Its flowers have a diameter of 1 to 1.5 cm and its fruit is spherical and turns from red-green-purple to black-purple when ripe. The plant is not currently under threat according to the Red List of Vascular Plants of Taiwan.
