Pomaderris brevifolia is a slender shrub with silky-hairy young branchlets and wedge-shaped, heart-shaped or egg-shaped leaves. It is a species of flowering plant in the Rhamnaceae family and is found only in the south of Western Australia. The plant produces clusters of cream-colored to pale pink flowers and blooms mainly from January to August. It was first described in 1994 and is known for having the smallest leaves of any Western Australian pomaderris. This plant is typically found in mallee scrub and heath habitats, often in sheltered areas. It is not considered a threatened species by the Government of Western Australia.
