Synaphea polymorpha, also known as Albany synaphea, is a small shrub belonging to the Proteaceae family and is native to Western Australia. The Noongar people refer to it as bindak. It can have a slender or rounded shape and grows up to 0.7 metres tall. Its yellow flowers bloom from August to November and it is commonly found in woodlands, hillsides, low-lying areas, and swamps in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The species was first described by botanist Robert Brown in 1810 in the journal Transactions of the Linnean Society of London.
