Persoonia oleoides is a species of flowering plant in the Proteaceae family that is found only in north-eastern New South Wales. It is a shrub with oblong to egg-shaped leaves and yellow flowers that grow in groups of up to twenty-five. The plant can grow up to 1 meter in height and has smooth bark with young branches covered in greyish to rust-coloured hairs. Its flowers bloom from January to February and produce green drupes with purple stripes. This plant was first described in 1991 and is typically found in forest areas near the upper Clarence and Macleay Rivers, as well as Barrington Tops.
