Persoonia manotricha is a species of flowering plant found only in Western Australia. It is a shrub with hairy young branches, cylindrical leaves, and greenish yellow flowers that grow in groups of two to eight. It is similar to two other Persoonia species, P. bowgada and P. hexagona, but can be distinguished by its longer pedicels and differently grooved leaves. This plant was first described in 2007 and its name comes from Greek words meaning "scanty hair", referring to the sparse hairs on its ovary. It is typically found on rocky hills in various regions of Western Australia.
