Persoonia curvifolia is a plant that belongs to the Proteaceae family and is found exclusively in central New South Wales. It is a shrub with linear leaves and yellow flowers that can be erect or spreading. The leaves are hairy when young and have a grooved lower surface. The flowers grow in groups of up to eighteen on a rachis and have a hairy pedicel. This plant was first described in 1830 by Robert Brown and is known to the Wiradjuri people as bumbadula. It can be found in woodland and forest areas in New South Wales, ranging from the Warrumbungles to the Cocoparra National Park at altitudes between 180 and 500 meters.
