Isopogon pruinosus is a flowering plant in the Proteaceae family that is found only in southwestern Western Australia. It is a compact shrub with narrow, glaucous leaves and pink flowers arranged in spherical heads. The plant was first described in 2010 and has two recognized subspecies. It is typically found in heath or mallee woodland in certain biogeographic regions of Western Australia. Both subspecies are not considered threatened by the Western Australian government. The specific epithet "pruinosus" refers to the white coating often found on the plant, while the subspecies epithet "glabellus" refers to the almost hairless involucral bracts.
