Isopogon ceratophyllus, also known as the horny cone-bush or wild Irishman, is a small woody shrub that is native to coastal regions in Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. It grows up to 100 cm tall and has prickly foliage. Its oval flower heads appear between July and January. The plant was first described in 1810 and its name is derived from the Greek words for "horn" and "leaf". It is sensitive to a plant pathogen and has been disappearing from certain areas due to this. It is rarely cultivated and requires well-drained sandy soil.
