Grevillea fistulosa, also known as Barrens grevillea or Mount Barren grevillea, is a flowering plant found in the Fitzgerald River National Park in Western Australia. It is an erect shrub with narrow to broad leaves and clusters of orange-red to scarlet flowers. It was first described in 1974 and is commonly found in rocky gullies on hills in the national park. This species is not considered threatened by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions.
