Grevillea centristigma is a low, compact shrub with elliptic to egg-shaped leaves and deep yellow to orange flowers. It is native to the south-west region of Western Australia and can grow up to 1 meter in height. The flowers bloom from June to November and are followed by hairy follicles. This species was first described in 1986 and was later elevated to species status in 1992. It is found in moist forest areas and is not considered threatened by the Western Australian government.
