Festuca edlundiae, also known as Edlund's fescue, is a perennial grass found in various arctic regions. It was named after Canadian botanist Dr. Sylvia Edlund and was first described in 1995. This grass is closely related to Festuca brachyphylla and is similar to boreal fescue, but can be distinguished by its longer flag leaf blades and larger spikelets. It grows in dense clumps without rhizomes and is typically found in calcareous soils in the High Arctic.
