Elymus athericus, commonly known as sea couch, is a species of perennial grass in the Poaceae family. It is a self-supporting grass with broad leaves and can grow up to 65 cm tall. Unfortunately, it is an invasive species in the Mont Saint-Michel bay and has changed the area's ecology.
