Juncus validus, also known as the roundhead rush, is a flowering plant found in the central and southeastern regions of the United States. It belongs to the Juncaceae family and is commonly found in wet areas such as roadsides and ditches. While it is considered a somewhat weedy species, it is still an important part of the ecosystem in its native habitat.
