Juncus canadensis, commonly known as the Canadian rush, is a species of flowering plant native to central and eastern Canada and the central and eastern United States. It is an obligate wetland species and has been introduced to Oregon, New Zealand, and the Low Countries in Europe. It is a perennial plant with a creeping rhizome and can grow up to 1.5 meters tall. The leaves are linear and the flowers are small and greenish-brown.
