Peperomia trianae is a species of epiphyte plant found in wet tropical regions. It was first discovered in Antioquia, Colombia at an elevation of 1500 meters. The plant has smooth leaves with sparse hair on both sides and is 7-nerved. Its flowers are small and grow in clusters, with leaves that are similar to the densiflora species. The plant is named after José Jerónimo Triana, who collected the first specimens in 1852. It is primarily found in Colombia, at elevations of 1500-3000 meters in the Andes. Peperomia trianae grows in an epiphyte environment and is considered a herb. Its conservation status is currently listed as Not Threatened.
