Elaeocarpus kirtonii, also known as silver quandong, is a species of flowering plant found in eastern Australia. It is a large rainforest tree with buttress roots, narrow leaves, white flowers, and pale blue fruit. It can grow up to 30 meters tall and has a silvery grey bark. The leaves are clustered at the ends of the branches and turn red before falling. The flowers are arranged in racemes and have a sweet scent. The fruit is a pale blue oval drupe with a hard stone inside. This plant was first described in 1886 and is named after W. Kirton, who collected samples for Ferdinand von Mueller. It is found in tropical, sub-tropical, and warm temperate rainforests and is an important food source for many rainforest birds. It is listed as of "least concern" under the Queensland Government Nature Conservation Act 1992.
