Nymphaea conardii is a species of waterlily that is native to the region spanning from Southern Mexico to tropical South America. It is an aquatic herb with ovoid rhizomes and ovate-elliptical leaf blades. The flowers are nocturnal and have green sepals with a slightly rounded or acute apex. The species is diploid with a chromosome count of 2n = 28. It can reproduce vegetatively through stolons and has the ability for self-fertilization. Nymphaea conardii is closely related to other species in the Nymphaea subgenus Hydrocallis. It was named after botanist Henry Shoemaker Conard and is considered vulnerable in Cuba. This species is found in flooded savannas, shallow lagoons, and wetlands with the presence of the moriche palm. It is pollinated by beetles.
